Prime Movers, an exercise group designed especially for over 50s, has classes at 75 locations on weekdays throughout the metropolitan area and Mandurah. There is a small annual membership and each class is at minimal cost. Enquiries to 0444 560 037.

Retired males - looking for fellowship and mental stimulation at a regular social gathering? Join the Probus Club of Dianella. The group meets at 9.30am on the second Monday of each month at the Morley Noranda Recreation Club. The following Monday we meet for lunch with spouses or partners in attendance. Riding for the Disabled Oakford is a voluntary, not for profit organisation that provides multi-diagnostic services to both children and adults through horse riding activities. Volunteers are needed to help look after the horses. Enquiries 0439 927 910
